All applicants must sign the following:
I confirm that I would like to participate in the Orfeo Festival Adult Program [OFAP] but that acceptance is at the discretion of the Orfeo Music Festival. If accepted, I understand that tuition and all fees are due in full at Registration unless a payment arrangement is agreed upon. Tuition refunds can be issued upon written request within two weeks of payment or March 15 whichever comes first and the processing fee of $100 will be deducted from the amount. Tuition funds may not be applied toward another year’s festival. I understand that I am responsible for paying my own travel and hotel expenses. I confirm that all information on this form is true to the best of my knowledge. I release Orfeo Music Festival and its agents and employees, from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action on account of any injury, illness, or loss which may occur during my participation in the program.
