Please request by email to receive an Application Form. Early Application and Early Registration are encouraged and accepted by December 1 or earlier (see Application Form for more details and enrollment dates). Space is limited. Applications will be accepted after the deadline only if student vacancies remain, please inquire by email. In addition to filling out the application, students should send a link to video recording of 15 minutes maximum (returning students are exempt), one letter of recommendation, 2 passport-size photos, and an application fee. Your recording should be of best possible quality and include two contrasting works (or sections) suitable for performance in concert. To guarantee your acceptance, you should complete your registration and pay registration fees by deadline.
A very limited number of scholarships are available. Priority is given to those showing highest merit as demonstrated in the audition recording. Financial need is used only as a secondary consideration. Please be aware that large scholarship requests without accompanying merit may jeopardize your acceptance. Requests for scholarship received after the application is processed or that do not contain the Letter of Request with all of the information listed below cannot be considered. To be considered for scholarship, include your Letter of Request with your application. This letter must include your musical accomplishments, reasons for requesting a scholarship, annual household income and amount requesting. IRS forms are not needed. Students that arrive late, depart early or attend for a partial session are NOT eligible for scholarship. All students who received scholarship or financial aid are assigned office duties during the festival. Scholarship/financial aid checks are to be requested and mailed to student’s home address immediately following the festival.
Please explore your local community, including arts, religious or civic organizations, schools and private donors for alternate sources of financial aid. Private donors are entitled to receive a tax deduction receipt from the festival since we are a non-profit organization.
